Christina, one of our co-owners, is the visionary behind our food menu. You may find it it interesting that she is not a chef, nor really spends any substantial time cooking.
She does, however, love food and has been fortunate to taste it all around the world. After a solid decade of traveling the world through her destination wedding photography business, Christina compiled an unending list of inspiration recipes and ideas.
We source food from predominantly local purveyors to produce simple, lovely food using as many sustainable, organic, humane & environmentally friendly ingredients as possible.
Victor and Eddie are the real MVPS of Fellows Cafe. Every day these two make all of Christina’s menu dreams a reality.
With many years working the line in several higly acclaimed restaurants from Atlanta to Miami, these two know how to execute just about anything and move fast. We know how much you all appreciate this on a busy Sunday morning.
