“We wanted to honor the past by restoring the home’s original character.”
- TONY DEVICTOR, CO-OWNER OF FELLOWS
Originally built in the 1890’s, Fellows Cafe is operating in an Victorian era home once occupied by family and friends. We wanted to keep that tradition alive and did so through the preservation of the home’s antique detailing giving it an restored old-world feel and look. Though necessary renovations were made to our space, the character of our now coined term ‘hiptorian’ cafe, is still alive and well within its newly painted walls. Roswell’s historic vibe and soul is being amplified through the restoration of this home and Fellows’ is now bringing life again to the quaint and cozy Green Street spot.
