Christina DeVictor
Founder & Chief Brand Officer
Christina DeVictor is the founder and Chief Brand Officer of Fellows Hospitality. With a background in photography, storytelling, and brand development, Christina brings a creative and people-centered approach to every project she leads. She opened Fellows Café in 2019 with a clear belief: the spaces we gather in have the power to shape how we connect, feel, and live.
Before hospitality, Christina spent over a decade as a destination wedding photographer and creative consultant. Through her photography brand, Someplace Wild, she captured meaningful, textured stories across the country and around the world—work that sharpened her eye for design and deepened her appreciation for the emotional impact of space. Alongside that, she worked with emerging brands to shape their visual identities and storytelling—experience that later informed every detail of the Fellows brand.
Today, Christina leads brand strategy, creative direction, and guest experience across Fellows Hospitality. She also heads up From the Well—a new market and bakery concept created to meet the evolving needs of Roswell and the surrounding community.
In addition to her work in hospitality, Christina serves as President of the Roswell Farmers Market, a volunteer role focused on fostering local connection, supporting small businesses, and helping the market grow into a gathering place for the city.
Across all of her ventures, Christina’s work is guided by a desire to create spaces that feel intentional, welcoming, and alive with meaning—where people feel seen, inspired, and at home.
Tony DeVictor
Chief Executive Officer
Tony DeVictor serves as CEO of Fellows Hospitality, bringing a rare blend of creative vision and operational discipline to his leadership. With a background in filmmaking and production design, Tony spent the early part of his career building immersive environments and telling visual stories. That hands-on creative experience shaped his approach to hospitality—where space, experience, and systems all work together to serve people well.
Tony first stepped into leadership at Fellows Cafe during a critical transition, bringing much-needed stability, clarity, and long-range thinking. Though he wasn’t part of its founding team, his influence has been foundational—from streamlining operations to refining guest experience, from building physical spaces to mentoring emerging leaders. He has a gift for understanding how things work—then making them better.
As CEO, Tony oversees the operational and strategic direction of the organization’s growing ventures. He leads with quiet confidence and deep integrity, balancing big-picture vision with day-to-day execution. Whether he’s designing a new workflow, solving a behind-the-scenes issue, or encouraging a team member, Tony’s approach is thoughtful, grounded, and deeply people-centered.
Alongside Christina, his partner in life and business, Tony continues to shape a hospitality ecosystem rooted in creativity, sustainability, and meaningful work. His leadership may be understated, but its impact is unmistakable—reflected in the culture, care, and consistency that define each of their ventures.
