About Fellows Cafe
Expect that warm neighborhood feel, excellent multi-roaster coffee program, and nourishing, delicious food. Taking inspiration from Australia's forward-thinking culinary scene and Europe’s old world design, Fellows aims to be everyone's favorite neighborhood spot.
Christina DeVictor and Zachary Bramblett are co-owners and visionaries behind recently opened Fellows Cafe. With the support of an extremely talented team, they spent over 17 months making their dream of having a friendly neighborhood cafe a reality. Both Christina and Zack were born and raised in Roswell and went to RHS. They have worked together for about 8 years via Zack’s restaurant Roux on Canton. Christina focused on all things marketing/creative while Zack ran the operations. Along the way, Zack consistently encouraged Christina while she grew her destination wedding photography business Someplace Wild. Both have been side-by-side as entrepreneurs through thick and thin; establishing a solid working rapport and partnership that has supercharged our ability to bring Fellows to life.
Fellows is the culmination seven years of traveling, collecting ideas, arguing those ideas, making mistakes, meeting new friends, sharing lots of meals, drinking beers, building out a cafe and hoping to change the way Roswell eats. We all have a love for food, good coffee and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal with friends.
