Fellows Cafe Rental Fee Fri-Sun $2500, Mon-Thu $1250
Does not include dish-ware, glassware, or silverware/linens
Includes current inventory of tables, chairs, and tablecloths
Two servers, bartender, venue manager, and necessary kitchen staff

The Well Terrace Rental Fee $1250
Includes chairs for the ceremony (set-up & breakdown)
Space for catering tent or set-up
Liability insurance for the event

Beverage ($25pp full bar/or $15pp beer & wine): $1,200 minimum
Full bar includes 2 signature Fellows cocktails, three wine options and two beer options of your choice
Both prices per person include non-alcoholic beverages

Cleaning Fee $200
Overnight cleaning to resume normal service next day
