Tony is the quiet force behind nearly everything we build—from the systems that keep our operations moving to the spaces and experiences that bring our values to life. As Operations Director, he works fluidly between design and logistics, craft and leadership, vision and execution.

Before stepping into hospitality, Tony spent years in filmmaking and production design—crafting visual stories and building immersive environments. That creative foundation laid the groundwork for what would become a defining contribution to Fellows. Though he didn’t start it, Tony stepped in when the café needed steady hands and clear vision—and he helped shape it into the one-of-a-kind place it is today.

Endlessly curious and deeply capable, Tony has always had a maker’s mind. He can learn just about anything—and then refine it, improve it, and teach it to someone else. What began as a love for building things has grown into something even more enduring: building systems that work and developing leaders who thrive.

Tony leads from behind the scenes, never seeking attention but always bringing clarity, structure, and care. Whether he’s sketching out a new build, fixing a dishwasher, mentoring a team member, or rethinking an operational flow, he shows up with grounded presence and quiet excellence.

As Christina’s partner in life and business, Tony is the steady structure to her spark. Together, they’ve created a growing ecosystem of ventures rooted in hospitality, creativity, and meaningful work—each one shaped by Tony’s hands, heart, and unshakable vision.
