We're so grateful for the eight years we've spent on Green Street, and for everyone who has asked over the past year whether we'd host events again. We've been listening, and we're excited to share that we're opening our doors for gatherings once more.

There's a new way to celebrate here too. Alongside evening events and weddings, you can now gather with us during the day: a brunch for a birthday, a shower on the back porch, or a morning with the whole cafe to yourselves. We kept it simple so planning feels easy.

Event options at a glance

All prices are before tax and a 20% service charge.

Table: up to 12 guests, service hours. $150 F&B minimum, no fee
Porch Gathering (new): 13 to 30 guests, service hours, up to 2 hours. From $820
Room Gathering (new): 31 to 56 guests, service hours, up to 2 hours. From $1,740
Afternoon Gathering (new): 13 to 80 guests, 2:30 to 4:30pm. From $1,250
Full Cafe Daytime: up to 140 guests, 8am to 2pm. From $6,000
Private Event: up to 140 guests, from 5pm, up to 4 hours. From $2,750

OUR SPACES

  • Fellows Cafe

    Front Porch, Dining Room, Sunroom, Back Porch & Lawn. Current seating of the cafe 56 seats inside, 54 seats on the front deck, 30 on the back deck. 1600 sq ft indoor and 1000 sq ft outdoor space.

  • From the Well

    Our sister concept next door has its own gathering spaces, including the back terrace. Visit fromthewell.com to plan an event there.

 

  • Up to 12 guests

    Reserve on Resy. You're welcome to bring a cake and simple decorations. Just add a note to your reservation.

    $150 food and beverage minimum, no fee.

  • 13 to 30 guests

    The back porch for up to 2 hours during service. Space fee plus a $40 per guest food and beverage minimum.

    Mon to Wed and Sun: $300 + $40 per guest
    Thu: $400 + $40 per guest
    Fri and Sat: $600 + $40 per guest

  • 31 to 56 guests

    The Dining Room and Sunroom, or the Front Deck, for up to 2 hours during service. Space fee plus a $40 per guest food and beverage minimum.

    Mon to Wed and Sun: $500 + $40 per guest
    Thu: $750 + $40 per guest
    Fri: $1,000 + $40 per guest
    Sat: $1,200 + $40 per guest

  • 13 to 80 guests

    2:30 to 4:30pm. Space fee plus a food and beverage minimum.

    Mon to Thu: $500 + $750 = $1,250
    Fri: $650 + $1,000 = $1,650
    Sat: $900 + $1,500 = $2,400
    Sun: $750 + $1,000 = $1,750

  • Up to 140 guests

    The whole cafe from 8am to 2pm. Space fee plus a food and beverage minimum.

    Mon to Wed and Sun: $1,000 + $5,000 = $6,000
    Thu: $1,000 + $7,000 = $8,000
    Fri: $1,500 + $10,000 = $11,500
    Sat: $1,500 + $9,500 = $11,000

  • Up to 140 guests, from 5pm

    Up to 4 hours with the cafe to yourself. Includes a venue manager, two servers, a bartender, and our tables and chairs. Space fee plus a food and beverage minimum.

    Mon to Thu: $1,250 + $1,500 = $2,750
    Fri: $2,000 + $2,500 = $4,500
    Sat: $2,500 + $3,500 = $6,000
    Sun: $2,000 + $2,500 = $4,500
    Each additional hour: $500

  • Up to 140 guests, from 5pm

    Christina spent nearly ten years as a wedding photographer, and she loves that her two worlds meet here. Fellows is a good fit for couples who love the space as it is: historic, European-inspired, and full of plants. We'll be honest that we can't move our marble tables. Weddings include a 5-hour window and day-of coordination.

  • Per person.

    Morning: $28, 10-guest minimum
    Brunch: $36, 10-guest minimum
    Afternoon: $42, 15-guest minimum
    Evening: $55, 20-guest minimum
    Wine from $40 per bottle

  • Full bar: $30 per person
    Beer and wine: $20 per person
    Fellows board: $25 per person

  • Daytime gatherings are served from our kitchen. For Afternoon Gatherings, Private Events and Weddings, you can choose our gathering menus or an approved outside caterer.

  • 6 or more guests, by arrangement

    Wine tasting: $20 per person for three 2-oz pours
    Coffee cupping: $20 per person, with a pastry

  • Can we bring a cake or decorations?
    Yes. You're welcome to bring a cake and simple table decorations.

    Can our group of more than 12 sit at two tables?
    Each reservation seats up to 12 guests at one table. For larger groups, a Porch or Room Gathering keeps everyone together.

    Can we request a specific server?
    We can't promise a specific server, but our whole team will take good care of you.

    Can you split the check?
    Yes, up to 12 ways.

    Bringing a baby or stroller?
    Let us know in your reservation notes so we can plan for it.

BOOKING

A 50% deposit on the total minimum and a signed contract hold your date. The remaining balance and final guest count are due 14 days before your event.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of your event are charged the full minimum. We accept all major cards and checks payable to Fellows, LLC. A 2.6% convenience fee applies to card payments.
