FELLOWS COMPANY: Creative Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a thoughtful, full-time Creative Marketing Manager to help shape and grow the voice of our brands.
This role will oversee marketing across Fellows Cafe and From The Well, helping us tell meaningful stories, connect with our community, and continue building brands that feel rooted in people and place.
The ideal person will be excited about working across multiple brands at once and will have a genuine passion for storytelling, hospitality, and community engagement. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our online presence, strengthening relationships with our audience, and helping share the heart behind everything we do. You’ll work closely with our collaborative team to bring ideas to life and ensure our brand voice remains thoughtful, consistent, and authentic across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support the growth of Fellows Cafe and From The Well across digital and in-person channels.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Create engaging content that reflects the heart of our businesses — from daily moments in the bakery and café to the people, products, and community behind them.
Content Planning & Scheduling
Maintain organized content calendars to ensure consistent, thoughtful communication across platforms.
Community Engagement
Interact with our audience through comments, messages, and community conversations, helping build authentic relationships with our guests and followers.
Brand Voice & Consistency
Help maintain a cohesive and genuine brand voice across social media, email, website, and other marketing channels.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor engagement and campaign performance and adjust strategies to help our brands continue growing.
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with leadership, operations, and creative partners to concept and execute campaigns, events, and brand storytelling initiatives.
What Kind of Person Are We Looking For?
2–4 years of experience in a marketing or social media role, with a strong focus on content creation
Strong awareness of cultural and digital trends relevant to our audience
Experience working with a consumer-facing or product-driven brand
A strong eye for visual storytelling and design
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
A collaborative, can-do approach to ideation and execution
Experience working on photo and video shoots, including art direction, production, or concept development
Comfort working across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
Experience with email marketing campaigns
Bonus skills: graphic design experience and/or film photography proficiency
Compensation & Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Salary Range: $40,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
