Following in the historic ‘Yellow House’ footsteps (the beloved business that proceeded Fellows), we have opened up our space to engagement parties, rehearsal dinners and weddings. Our owner Christina has been a wedding photographer for nearly 10 years, and she delights in the fact that her two worlds now collide at Fellows Cafe. Her experience plus our team’s hospitality background provides a unique option for your wedding event.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’ll come out and say it — Fellows is not a wedding venue for everyone. We look for creative, easy-going clients who love the space as it is. If you desire an environment that is historical, European-inspired, and plant-heavy — it’s just the place. And to be frank, we will not do everything you ask (ie: move our 100 lb marble tables), nor will we provide food (our kitchen just can’t produce that much food with everyday service); but we can guarantee the space is a truly unique location to have your event, walkable to downtown Canton Street.

LOCATIONS AVAILABLE FOR RENT

  • Fellows Cafe

    Front Porch, Dining Room, Sunroom, Back Porch & Lawn. Current seating of the cafe 56 seats inside, 54 seats on the front deck, 20 on the back deck. 1600 sq ft indoor and 1000 sq ft outdoor space.

  • The Well

    Outdoor terrace located directly next door to Fellows. Roughly 2000 sq ft of space with room for up to 80 seats. Surrounded by lush shade plants and oak trees. No rain plan provided by the venue.

RENTAL DETAILS

Rental fee covers a 5-hour maximum rental period (any time frame selected between 4pm-11pm). A venue manager and minimum of 2 servers will be provided for your event. Maximum capacity is established based on the space rented and must not be exceeded. Usage of approved third party catering. Day-of coordination, venue communication, and event services provided by Fellows Cafe. Event coordination fees are included in rental fees.

TERMS & CONDITIONS AFTER HOURS: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Food & Beverage Minimum and a signed contract is required to reserve your event date. An additional event deposit of 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to the contracted function date. 100% of the final event balance is due 7 days prior to the contracted function date. Failure to pay the balance when due may result in the cancelation of the reservation and forfeiture of any deposits. Guaranteed guest count and a final payment of the remaining balance are due 15 days before the function. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and personal checks payable to Fellows, LLC. A 2.6% convenience fee will be added for all credit card transactions.
